TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All clients must have had a skin test at least 48 hours prior to any colour service
- No colouring services for under 16s
- Discounts are excluded on extension services/nano keratin/colour changes and corrections
- Deposits of 50% of the booking required for appointments over 3 hours
- Deposits of 25% of the booking required for appointments over 2 hours
- In the event you fail to give cancellation notice within the 48 hour time period your deposit will not be refunded & new deposit will be required for new booking
- In the event of you being unable to contact the salon for cancellation or rescheduling within the 48 hour period please email BEN@FIXXSALONS.CO.UK
